NPC Spawn Issue: Misty thicket goblin warriors

at level 8 some of the goblins in misty thicket were blue some were green.. At level 9 all of them were light blue

NPCs have level ranges.

a goblin warrior 4-8
goblin warrior 9-11

What is the bug?

its because at a certain level you dont see any light blue. Once you hit 9 i guess it took light blue into effect and your green went to lb and db down to lb.

It's just because at 9 the con color level range increases... so high greens become light blue.
