Can't choose necro/SK with erudite

Just as the title says, when I choose erudite as race both necromancer and shadowknight are not options I can choose. Whats up with this?

Hmm. Are you using something other than the Titanium client?

nope im using titanium. i used duxas installer to modify. and I imported the upgraded zone textures to folder.. thats it

Was the problem there before you did the duxas thing? If not or if you didn't check, that would be the first thing to try. Make a clean install and see.

Also check that you actually have the Paineel zone file. If that's missing, it could be the reason the game won't let you make those two classes.

I hear that using the updated textures removes this ability.

I use old textures, so I can't confirm.

That'll be it. He probably took the duxas option to update textures.

Ok so this is what I did to fix it. I uninstalled everquest and reinstalled from titanium. I used duxas installer again to modify the install. I used the recommended setting and the cpu fix. I also reinstalled the higher grade textures. They are the zone textures its not on duxas installer. Now I can select SK. I'm not sure what the issue was. Perhaps I unknowingly turned it off in the .ini file? In any case a reinstall with duxas and upgraded zone textures now works.
