News of R99 being shipped to server center have been out for a week or two. It's definately coming!

They put the Project 1999: Classic PvP server up locked three days ago and haven't said a single word since. I wouldn't take anything like that as a definitive sign that it's close. The complete lack of updates and information means it could be a couple of days or a month away.
