Spells: Panic the Dead

Can't remember if this was intended or not. Maybe the devs will know?


Necro Spell.

On a caster mob when landed successful, it doesn't fear them right away. So if the mob is casting, it won't get feared until after they cast the spell on me.

For regular fear I am not to sure. I will test it. Also I noticed when casting regular fear on an undead mob, they completely ignore it and I get the message "Fear has worn off".

Regular fear interupts mob casting and works, have not tried on a undead mob yet.
