Sky messed up, loadscreens not working

Since the patch yesterday my load screen isn't working correctly, and my in game sky is very messed up. It is all black, with a giant purple ball for the sun, and that is all that is visable. I'm assuming this has something to do with the patch, because it was working fine before the patch, but after I copied the files it broke these 2 things. I tried recopying them later, but that did not work.

Can I get some support with any of this please?
