Solist's icy wand
I'm not sure where to put this. I think the solists icy wand from kurns had a lower cast time..something like 3 seconds up until some time around luclin. I couldnt find anything about this in the patch notes but I'm honestly not the best at searching that stuff.
Anyone remember or know of a place that wands old cast time is mentioned?
