Unable to DL Duxa's or EQchanges

So I've been trying to set up EQ again after switching to a new computer, but I keep getting an error trying to download either of these files from any computer in the house. I've tried multiple browsers, deleting my profile data for Firefox, as well as finding mirrors but it still won't work. Here's a screenie of the error box.

Fixed by having someone send me the files through skype, still curious as to what the problem was though.
