IP is temp blocked?

Greeting,

When attempting to log in to the server, i am getting an error " your Ip has been temporally been blocked" error message. Since I only just started a new character last night and only played a few hours running mail quest, i see no reason I would have gotten banned.

Who do I contact about this issue?

Generally this clears up on it's own. Keep trying! It usually happens after you've gotten disconnected, but not always.

Hi,

I just got my friend involved in this game too at my house. He made his own account and all, but it won't let us both log on for some reason. I can log on if he is not on or he can log on when I am not, but we cant both log in together, what can I do?

Yeah, you are only allowed one game to connect per IP address, unless you've been granted an exemption:

Create a new thread in the Petition Forum, and include this information:

Also, these are done in batches. So it can take a couple weeks for them to go through!

Also, you REALLY want to make sure that you do not break the rules by playing two accounts at once (called boxing). They will notice eventually and ban your accounts (as in forever). It's just not worth it.

It happens. When I would switch back and forth from my Magician to my SK (on separate accounts) I would have to wait a few minutes for the Ip to clear or whatever it had to do.
