Missing files

Been away from P99 for a few months. Now I'm back! Reinstalled everything from scratch. Made it to the to the character selection screen where it said "You are missing client files from EQChange.zip Please visit p99 and get the latest zil files from getting started post etc etc. Something like that.

Not a big deal I thought. I just forgot to update files from the sites main page. Which I did. V13... but the same thing happened.

Am I missing something? This is humiliating as I'm sure it's a very simple and probably obvious detail I'm missing but I'm anxious to get back in game.

Any help would be appreciated.
