Default Skinning Knife + (High|Medium|Low) Quality *** is not a no fail combine

Hey folks,

Imagine my surprise when attempting to pair down a medium quality skin to a low quality skin resulted in a failure with me -losing- the skin.

This should be a no fail combine but does not appear to be flagged as such currently.

Justification: I recall it being a no fail combine. EQTraders also lists it as such (http://www.eqtraders.com/search/reve...r=035000000000).

What is it exactly that you were trying to make? I know you can downgrade the skins by combining them with a skinning knife but never heard of people being able to combine 2 different pelts together.

I apologize if my bug report was a bit obtuse.

There is no attempt in combining multiple pelts nor should the message have conveyed this.

This is simply that the Skinning Knife + (Some Quality Pelt) was acting as a failable combine when it should be no fail.

IE: Skinning Knife + Medium Quality Cat Pelt = Failure = Lose pelt, get knife back.

This should not be happening.
