I do recommend you guys try this game if your PC can handle it. If you like P99 it will likely resonate with you strongly. It's a very quick install too btw, it's not one of those things that takes hours to download or anything.

Also recommend making a character in Night Harbor and Faelindral so you can see both starting cities. Night Harbor is very similar to Freeport with Oasis and Desert of Ro style zones nearby. Faelindral is basically Kelethan / Gfay with surrounding areas that feel more like Qeynos Hills or the Karanas.

How do the classes stack up? What's a good intro class to the game?

I rolled warrior as my first toon in 2000, Ruins of Kunark EQ. Bad choice.

I've honestly only played 3 classes: archer, rogue, BM. they all felt pretty viable ngl, I think there is prob more class balance in this than there is P99.
