Wrong everquest files
One or more of your Everquest Files are not the correct Titanium version for Project 1999. You will not be able to play until the files listed in red are replaced with correct version
spells_us.txt GlobalLoad.txt I have moved the files from the P99FilesV62 zip file into my install dir so i don't understand why it's showing the message | ||

If you are trying to unzip the patch directly into the EverQuest folder that will sometimes have issues and not work. You'll want to unzip the patch into its own folder and then copy from there into your EQ folder
