incorrect file error "spells_us.txt"

Hey there! I had to reinstall EQ P99 and all went well until I got past the log in screen and got an error stating "One or more of your Everquest Files are not the correct Titanium version for Project 99" it only shows one file location and it is "spells_us.txt(1243252309)" Anyone have the correct file? or how do I get it? I had a friend who plays send me a copy of theirs and I tried to overwrite it and it still didn't work. I miss EQ and really want to play so any help would be appreciated!
