Enchanter Epic Question

I am confused by the Combine and turn-in process. On Wiki, it says that any of the 4 NPCs can perform any of the 4 combinations. Is this true? Also, on the 4th Piece of Staff part, after combining, do I HAVE to take it to Polzin Mrid in the Hole for the 4th piece, or can I give it to any of the other NPCs to receive the 4th piece?

It only says that they give the same bag. It does not say that you can turn in the completed bag to any quest giver. You have to give each quest giver the speicifc combined bag they asked for.

If you haven't killed there yet,its very easy. Earth elemental form will make you non kos,you may need collab.
Just need to watch out for the single pathing rat,but they shouldn't see invis. Then look out for ghosts in the town
If you are kos,its a lot of paci. If your on green I have a coth mage at the docks,can coth you down if our times line up.
If you haven't done kindle yet,its pretty easy to get two birds stoned at once

^ this, you can use any Enchanter's Sack from any NPC to combine items. I went with the easiest being ak`anon. But who you turn in to DOES matter.

Related question: The whole jeb's seal part is optional according to the wiki so it is for flavor and you get no faction hits? You can just do the 4 combines for staff parts and recombine the 4 parts in any of the bags you get for the staff part combines?

Correct, the bags are all the same. Any bag works for the final combine. The master you turn in to however does matter,no avoiding that hole crawl.

Yeah I didn't really need to go to the hole so I've avoided it to preserve faction. Made getting to the ghost of kindle so much easier.
