Raid Meta Test: FTE Lockout

FTE Lockout Meta: The goal is to encourage more participation, especially from smaller guilds, and to promote a healthier raid scene.

FTE Lockout Rules:

If your guild wins FTE on a raid target, you may declare a 1-hour lockout on that mob.
Declaring a lockout is optional, but once declared, it is final.
Lockouts must be declared within 30 seconds of a FTE. If not then you must obtain a new FTE.

During the lockout:

No other guild may engage the mob.
Your guild may not engage any other raid targets.
Wiping or dying does not cancel the lockout.
The lockout ends only when the mob is killed or one hour has passed—whichever comes first.

This rule applies to both quake and natural spawns.

This is a temporary test. If it works, we can consider refining or extending it. If not, we’ll move on and try something different.
