Log in error message

I just logged my main account and then went to my secondary trying to figure what to play it’s been awhile since in game, then when to go back on my main to port someone from my secondary guild and everything each time was logged out completely when I swapped but this error “ An unknown error occurred while trying to join the server” keeps coming up even after shutting down the laptop and repatching the game, any clues what’s happening here? I tried to load the screenshot as proof as well but not sure if I did it correctly
