bots are a stupid meta

Ban the use of shared accounts, instantly fix the server.

Every guild has several dozen shared accounts with bots parked at every raid target so people can log in to those and instantly fill important roles which is not classic in the slightest. If your guild doesn't have a ton of level 60 cleric bots then you can't really compete. Eliminate this crutch and force people to raid on their actual characters like our lord and savior Brad McQuaid intended. Amen.

There's basically no way to stop account sharing that wouldn't be a massive headache for staff. Account sharing was never against the rules on live iirc, but far few people shared accounts because they weren't free. Some things about the original game can't be emulated and it's not for any code-related reason.

Implement char autopoof to EC if left in raid zone > 24 hours. No need to fidget with banning anything.

Sure, the guilds will simply run the characters back. That's the point. Monkey run.

When will the classic population match this non-classic intervention into shared toon banning you suggest?

The original game was set up for the hardcore gamer. The casual could not compete.
Time sinks ruled.
Those with literally no life or those that had jobs allowing concurrent timewasting, oops gaming owned the pixels.

Like now, only its free to play here and those that can be available (whatever the reason) at any time own the pixels.

I will never have an epic or a chalice or BIS anything requiring massive dkp.

That is as it should be.

Im not sorry I don't got, its just sad some of you feel the need to say it.

Are you a mage? Anyone can complete their epic in even casual raid guilds.
