Quest Issue: Rogue Pickpocket mob not working?

For the past few RL days, I have tried to pick pockets from Tani N'Mar (in Neriak 3rd gate) for the rogue epic item (stained parchment bottom). Not only has the stained parchment not been picked, but nothing has been picked (coins, etc.).

Can you check to see if this mob is spawning correctly with a chance to drop the parchment?

She's been picked dry. Respawn her.

on Red server. with freshly spawned Tani (unconested).

Try training her, sometimes mobs don't know where they really are! Once she paths back her spawn pp may work.

Thanks, but I agroed him (and died) at least 5 times (on 5 fresh spawns), and he re-pathed back, still nothing (not even a copper).

Encountered this issue a few days ago on blue. Was in game before spawn time each eq day for 6 days pickpocket 20-50 times and no coin, no words, nothing. Got stained parchment on first attempt on last spawn I saw. I have done maybe 50 rogue epics and this is very unusual.
