Miscellaneous: Decaying skeletons in EC are much richer than their cousins

Decaying skeletons in West Freeport usually drop between a few copper and ~2 silver.
Decaying skeletons in East Commonlands regularly drop a lot of gold. Most kills have gold on them, and like half of the kills drop 5-9 gold.

Obviously not a big issue on the current servers, but that would be pretty generous loot on a new server.
