![]() So I played for an hour earlier, logged off to cook some food, probably 90 minutes later I go to log back in and get the following error . . .
Error 1018: You currently have an active character on that EverQuest server, please allow a minute for synchronization and try again. I've been sitting here trying to log in for 10 minutes and still get this message. So a grand total close to 2 hours I've been out of game, and when I logged I logged with /camp I didn't /q.

![]() Is this a two PCs scenario? In the case if i /camp downstairs and then try to login in my office i can't because I'm still at character select (on the server). Had to make a "/camp desktop" hotkey.
Probably not your issue but maybe someone else comes here looking one day, it might be theirs

![]() Any chance you have an open window on a virtual desktop array that isn't visible?
Maybe reboot and then wait five minutes or so?
