Has reinvigorated my p99 Green experience!

I am getting immense joy from gifting the boxes to other players, ie: noobs. So far gifted black sapphires, eggnog, etc. Watching the little animation on the player and then seeing their reaction... its amazing.


Excellent job, devs! This event is truly inspiring people to be in the holiday spirit!

Whats best stuff people have got?

I see lots of holiday throw away shit, gems, potions, and seem a couple items like an Identification Rod and the earring.

I've gotten a handful of gems which has been really nice with helping me buy some starter armor and not have to worry about spells. I just came back to EQ/P1999 about a week ago, so this has been an awesome way to kick it back off.

I think I just had the perfect ding. The gnoll reaver that brought me from 18 to 19 also gave me a two bronze weapons + a holiday gift (cookies). Definitely one of the coolest EQ experiences I've had so far. Thank you Dev team! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Agreed. The Christmas event was pretty awesome. Best thing I have seen on P99 yet.
