Guard Gregor Missing

Unsure if this was intentional, but https://wiki.project1999.com/Guard_Gregor no longer spawns in West Karana (atleast on green) and I couldn't find anything on it in the path notes.

Have been killing Misty Storyswapper for a few hours and used to seeing him out here
