How to get back to Freeport from OOT as a DE

As subject says, I managed to get myself out to the gargoyle/spectre island to hunt the gargoyles (I'm L20) with no clear plan as to how to get back. The boat stops at sister island, correct? Can I invis and make my way onto the boat that way?
