Help pinning EQ shortcut to my Windows Bar

Hey all, back from vacation and I have a tech support question.

I'm trying to Pin my EQ file to my windows bar but it is a .bat file.

How do I do it?

I'm not 100% sure if its acutally called a windows bar so i took a screenshot.

How do i put it there?

just double click on it from your desktop you lazy fucking bum

just flaming because of the forum you understand. Sounds more like a technical support forum thing.

I also would answer you if I knew how to do it.

Don't know how yours is a .bat when mine is a .exe, but have you tried just dragging it on to the bar? should just make space for it wherever you put it and create a shortcut there if you just drag the application down to the taskbar.
