Romar Sunto in Temple of Ro Eatin Mah Monies!
Romar Sunto (/loc 384, 90, 17) in the library area of the Temple of Solusek Ro is the quest giver for the level 44 chanter spell Tashania. To help with the quest, he offers to sell the player a book called Tome of Tesh (sic, according to Allakhazam) for 50 gold coins. If you hand him 50 gold, he will take it and say "I don't need this, you can have it back." But he doesn't give it back, nor does he give me a book! He will do this same thing if you give him 5pp. I got all the info I need for the quest from Allakhazam so I don't need the book, but I am ashamed that such underhanded practices occur in such a prestigious organization as the Temple of Ro!
