Holiday Reputation increase bonus ?

Curious, how often do the GM's enable a rep bonus during a holiday? I noticed the last couple holiday bonuses have awarded an XP bonus and extra loot which is AWESOME but how about rep? And if/when they do, it the bonus usually only on kills or does it apply to quests as well?

I think maybe they did faction once or twice but it's not common

GMs often enable XP and loot bonuses during holidays but rarely implement reputation bonuses. If rep bonuses are applied, they typically affect kills rather than quests.
