Green vs Blue

I'm looking to start playing p99 again after several years away, and I'm just weighing returning to Blue versus starting fresh on Green.

Is Blue completely dead?

Is Green actually populated enough that it will feel more alive than Blue?

How do the economies of the servers compare, and the ability to buy and sell gear on each server?


I have enough stuff on Blue that starting a character on there would be quite a bit easier from a gear perspective, but I'm afraid I will regret not starting on the more active server.

Any feedback on this dilemma is greatly appreciated!
