SMS verification application won't reset my pw.

I need to reset my loginserver password because it's not taking my previous passwords to login. I type in my phone number and it says I'm using the incorrect country code (every time), when it's a US country code and phone number.

What I'm trying to accomplish: Reset my loginserver password so I can make a new one and log in to the client.
