Error messages

I have an old comp running windows 8 and a few months ago i decided to finally run the full restore to fix speed issues. After getting everything loaded again, i started getting error messages when trying to run EQ:

API-MS-WIN-CORE-KERNEL32-PRIVATE-L1-1-1.DLL
API-MS-WIN-CORE-PRIVATEPROFILE-L1-1-1.DLL
API-MS-WIN-SERVICE-PRIVATE-L1-1-1.DLL
API-MS-WIN-CORE-SHUTDOWN-L1-1-1.DLL
EXT-MS-WIN-NTUSER-UICONTEXT-EXT-L1-1-0.DLL
IESHIMS.DLL

Doing some searches, i found out these are supposed to be loaded when i ran visual c++. Thinking i ran the wrong one, i ran and tested every version including the all in one and still got the errors. Hoping someone can help resolve this. Really miss EQ.

Kinda weird, i thought downloading the live version would add missing files i needed, but the live version of EQ runs fine with no errors.
