NPC Spawn Issue: Tarskuk

when i was playin on live (for the 2 weeks free on flippy)
I did a complete set of Ivy gear.. now i couldnt quite remember ALL of it so i had to look some of it up.
one mob in particular (Tarskuk) i couldnt exactly remember where he spawned so i looked it up and hunted that area for about 10-15mins before i got the drop.

I noticed here on P99, after about 90mins that he wasnt spawning and i thought he was much more common so...
I /ooc'd "anyone seen Tarskuk?" and got replies back that he spawns over on Giant hill

here on P99 there is a black kodiak spawning where last i seen Tarskuk spawn on live
thats how close to the lake zone he spawned
and he roams afterward
