Constantly disconnecting

RCN - Chicago internet. Every zone or login keeps saying server not responding, followed by disconnect. Then my char is stuck in game for however long it takes to time out. Internet fine in other games / web browsing. When I use my phone hotspot, works fine.

I suspect there's some DNS issue blocking RCN or something.
