Full HP after knocked unconscious

Hi there,
I was just dancing with danger in MM when I got jumped by multiple mobs. To my dismay, as I was running away, i ate two backstabs and was knocked unconscious. In an instant after, I was miraculously restored to 100% HP and made it to the ZL.
