Do Bards have an EXP penalty?

Just curious if I make a new Bard on the Green server, is there any kind of exp penalty?

Only races have XP penatly or bonus in case of halfling. So your good.
Troll -20%
Iksar -20%
Ogre -15%
Barbarian -5%
Halfling +5%

Bards currently don't. They do when server first starts then it goes away in velious. No penalty today!
