![]() Hi y'all,
Workin on installing nParse and running into an issue selecting the Log directory. Navigating to my EQ folder, there is no "logs" folder, even after doing /log two times now on separate characters, and get the "logging has been turned on" response in-game, so I know that's not the issue... another location? Idk. Looking for input/suggestions to resolve this

![]() If you installed EQ in Program Files there will be permission issues and the EQ Client cannot modify/write files in its own directory. When this happens it will use the Users/AppData directory to write/create files. This will be true with Settings, Logs, Screenshots etc.
Windows 11 I believe is Users/Default/AppData. May have to search around but should see a Sony/Everquest folder somewhere within the AppData Best fix would be to move your EQ folder to the C: drive out of Program Files. Though doing so you'll have to setup your UI/macros again unless you copy settings files from AppData to the new EQ directory

![]() Okay, yeah. I read something like this. So I navigated to C:/Users/ and I have Public and AccountName, neither of which contain AppData... EQ is in Program Files x86, not sure if that matters.
