Need help logging in to game

I forgot my login password. I setup SMS. WHen I select forgot password I get this message.

There is already a pending SMS Verification request for this account, IP, or SMS Number

Doesnt make sense. I already have SMS setup.. I did it during account creation. Can anyone help please?
