Runtime Error

[Tektonic]

Hey guys, just started having some issues with launching p99 after I updated graphics drivers.

I get an error that closes Titanium.

"Runtime Error!

Program C:\P99\eqgame.exe

This application has request the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the application support team for more information."

I've currently tried
-Fresh patch files
-Fresh titanium install
-Reverting graphics driver back
-Windows update (this morning)
-Reinstalling C++ software, i think there was 3 of these. maybe a few more?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
