Recovering Logon password

ok so here is my problem. I cant remember my logon pasword. I had just set up my sms part of my account when i tried to rest my passowrd its says You must have an SMS Number attached to your account in order to reset loginserver passwords. Use the SMS Verification link to the left to add one. ok so I had just set up my sms verificatiion when i check to see if its verified is says Due to loginserver accounts already existing on this account, a final step of email verification must be completed before the SMS Number can be attached to the account.
If the email attachment process is not accepted or denied within 7 days, the SMS Number will automatically be accepted and become attached. os im confused on what i need to do can anyone please help id sure would appericate it.
