No, this is one of the newbie gear quests that were slowly added over time time for each race/class from around 2002 to 2003.

They're out of era for Project 1999 so they don't exist here.

Thank you! I realized a few days after I posted this that the site i was looking on was for all the expansions and not just the few that P99 have. Thanks for the response.
