Resists in Kunark

I am fairly certain something is broken about the resists in Kunark. It seems like yellows are 100% resisting all my spells from every element (I'm a wiz) way too often. I'm not sure on the percentages, I just want to gauge the feedback from other casters in Kunark before I delve too deeply into this.
