No tradeskills required, no chance for failure and loss of ring
Can go right into ring 8 roll after completion of MQ

20k my cloud shell and mats, 10k your cloud shell (I can provide the other mats)
Please note, this is a normal tradeskill combine so using your could shell has a 5% chance for failure and loss of the shell.
