Computer / Video Card Recommendaton

Please advise. Should I upgrade what's shown below? I don't want to spend the $ if the game won't run any better than what I currently have. My existing setup doesn't seem that good for this 20+ year old game. Thanks for any tips.

Intel i5-6500
Geforce GTX 970
8 GB Memory

You can play P99 on a pentium3 era machine, so I do not think you have any worries.
