Never had a cleric before so I'm looking for some advice
If anyone has any good cleric items I'd like to purchase them for you.
Feel free to make suggestions

Cone of the Mystic (or other good cleric mainhand)

Those +wisdom shoulders adamantite or something.
Sebilite Scale legs

You'll want Sebellite Scale Belt for sure, RMB x2, Chrysobel Talisman, Gatorscale Leggings, Charred Guardian Shield, and there are a few others I can't think of right now.

Golden Jade Bracers (15hp/mana) will probably suit you better until level 25+ than RMBs will (much cheaper too)

Platinum Dragon Totem +30ish hp and 50ish mana

Moonstone Rings (+30 mana) or 5ac/55hp rings

[Extunarian]

The people saying +mana/hp > +wis at low levels are right, but in my experience if you're twinking you're probably going to level fast. If that happens you'll be pissed that you have to start to regear when you hit level 30+ in a single week. I saw go for what you're going to want to have at level 45.
