Cannot zoom in or out after update

After updating my patch files to the most recent update V55 11/20, I can no longer zoom in and out using my touchpad/scrolling the mouse. I have looked under options in P99 and made sure "Mouse Wheel Zoom" was selected/on. I also cannot scroll within the chat boxes either now.

I have also tried reloading to default controls.
I am on a Macbook Pro 16inch with Bootcamp Windows 10.

Can anyone please help me with this?
