Disease (Rabies) from unrest duration increases when zoning

When I've been in Unreset leveling, often I get diseased with Rabies. The debuff says it lasts ~65 minutes, however I have noticed when I zone or camp etc - the debuff duration increases to 160 minutes.

Not a huge deal, but it definitely sucks for lowbies that cant cure themselves.
