NPC Spawn Issue: Blixkin Entopop and Ember

Apparently Blixkin Entopop and Ember have had a falling out, as she no longer follows him around the zone.

I'm more worried about a true noobie encountering the small Fire Beetle all alone and thinking "ohhh a named" and getting 1) bad faction or 2) squished when Blixkin Entopop comes running accross the zone.

What exactly needs to happen? I should be able to fix this.

Ember is his pet, follows him around.
EDIT: Not now, though. Ember just parks at the newbie area near the tower and sticks there while Blix roams.
