Ranger nerf on live

Looking for some history here. I vaguely remember sitting in lower guk cav room with my ranger on live and hearing about a patch that had nerfed ranger dps really bad early in server life (maybe 4-5 months in). Does this sound familiar to anyone?

On another side note, I remember we'd only be able to pull around 6-7 mobs every 28 minutes with a full group because it was so congested on the server.

I remember in MM there was a pond group, and also a group over behind the towere where the 3 spawn that the pond usually pulls on p99

That means the pond/canyon was split between at least 2 groups! That's like scraps for exp!
