Game Mechanics: plains pebble

I've been trying to forage a plains pebble for a few days now with no luck. I have tried In all 4 Karana zones. Are these still in zones or has this been a huge waste of time?

I got one in N. Karana, I believe. I didn't notice until after I had ran through the Karanas and sold some loot at a vendor in High Hold. I'm not sure I still have it, but if you want it you can have it, just send me a message.

On live, other than iksars you used to need a minimum forage skill level to forage rares. That might have been changed some years ago, I'm not sure.

I forage them all the time (200 skill) and as far as I can tell it is NK specific however, finding the spell Imbue Plains Pebble, if you run across the vendor that has that please let me know [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] I can't find him.
