Quest Issue: Icon of the High Scale no spawning

I have been camping Icon of the High Scale (ground spawn in coM) since epic launch on Green.
Have yet to see it pop. I did petition and got notice that there are issues with ground spawns and "a fix is coming"

Just bringing more light to the issue and hoping to get it fixed quicker.

I understand some people are faction cheesing and skipping this part.
I'd like to not be forced to do the same.
