Struggling with Titanium install

As Ive been using a mac for a few years I'm quite rusty with Windows so Ive installed Win 10 on an old PC I've managed to download the titanium .iso files from the Google Drive account

Ive been using this guide

Do I have to use Daemon tools lite? what do I do when I'm prompted to add the next disk if I'm not using it
