Game Mechanics: Zoned into WC under the zone

[GREEN Server] Hi, zoned across from EC to WC, had DMF & SOW active as well as a couple of cleric buffs, and was zoned into WC under the ground. My DAP ride moved to my position and was unable to target me as was another player I was able to find above me. I tried to cross back into EC but that didn't work because the ZL doesn't exist down here. Relogging was unsuccessful as was /rewinding. Update: I was able to target a druid at the WC ring and successfully group with him but he was unable to port me, presumably due to range issues. I remain subterrain for the time being.

FINAL Update: I headed to the Wiz Spire to see if a guildie could CotH me by grouping & targeting that way, but as I was waiting I noticed that the bottom of the lake looked close to the same level as the zone floor and I was able to walk through the lake bed and swim right up & out!
